Scatacook Vice Chief of Inductions

Responsibilities:

As second Vice Chief, presides in the absence of the Chief and first Vice Chief.
Responsible for the Induction process of the chapter, including the Call Out process and anything else as requested by the Chapter Chief.
Responsible for the chapter representatives to administrative committees.
Acts as an ex officio member of the Unit Elections Committee.

The Chapter Vice Chief of Inductions (VCI) is responsible for helping to plan and coordinate the induction process for the chapter. The VCI is the point person to coordinate with units to request dates for visitations as well as work on finding visitation teams. Once the visitation is complete, the VCI is responsible for entering the visitation information into Lodgemaster and should do so as soon as possible to allow for the VCA to begin the communication process as soon as possible. The VCI should begin to reach out to Units to coordinate their unit visitation starting in the Summer. All visitations must be completed and inputted into LodgeMaster before the February LEC meeting.
